Because of an extremely early departure the following morning, we planned a more restrained dinner at Reto's for Monday night. In addition to laying claim to the title 'Best Dressed Man In Europe', Reto also has impeccable taste when it comes to two of our favourite subjects: food and drink.

So good was the evening in fact, that Anne, who'd been ordered by Alan to "get us back to the hotel by midnight", found herself on the receiving end of a (not totally unexpected) derogatory response when she attempted to suggest we'd better go home at 2 am.
